Rustproofed my car before the winter and its justs oozing all over. It it safe to use an all purpose cleaner to remove the guck before giving it a good wash? What's the preferred method? Not concerned with removing any wax or coatings that may be on the car (just purchased second hand 2012 camry) as I will be claying after the wash. Newbie
