Just wondering if anyone knows if I can swap backing plates on the LHR15? Im interested in trying one of the flex kind. They seem to help the pad bend more with the curves of the car.

If you get the Rupes 21 it comes with a 6" backing plate, but you can use a 5" backing plate to accommodate smaller pads. You can also use a modified washer which will help in the rotation.
