1st detail of the new season for us. To start it off us off we have a 2006 Mercury Montego with 37k miles. This was a car brought to us from a prior client (Caddy DeVille). His mother was at the local Senior Center and was bidding on a detail from an area Ford Dealership, she didn't win, but her son said I can get it detailed and better than any detail the Ford dealership could do. And thus we start... When we received the car it didn't look bad over all, it had some rough spots where something was dragged across the deck lid, backed into a post or two, and something run down both sides of it. The interior was at first glance not in terrible shape. As I got into it, it needed more than a good vacuum. The steering wheel, seats, and other surfaces were caked with oil and grease. So an aggressive cleaning was needed. Paint correction was good the car corrected relatively easily and didn't fight anything along the way. Paint was quite flat after even the 1st pass but the 2nd and 3rd refined it further and finished leveled the paint to the point it felt like it already had was on it :thumb up: After 22hrs of work the car is 99% corrected and looks dripping wet and we couldn't be happier with the results.
