rotary backing plate?

It seems that my GI 5" rotary bp walked away from my garage. I recently heard that a company just came out with some new plates that resemble either the GI or RB ones. Anyone know what company it is?

Now I see it's the same as the Chemical guys. Anyway I think its Flexipads who are manufacturing it and sells it under their bodyshop brand, Liquid shine http://www.liquidshine.eu/products.html
