RG55 should be fine as it typically lasts 6 months in the UK winters which are similar to ours. Want one?
I really should, but you said i should finish my AG HD Wax first over the phone =p I'm also waiting for my 2% cash back credit card to come, my credit cards atm have no rewards/cashback on em and they've been hitting limits all the time recently lol
I had RG55 on my car here in MD and we had 5 feet of snow and it held up great for a solid 4 months with non stop abuse.
I was very surprised at how resilient and durable RG55 was when I first bought my sample pot. If I didn't have so many pots 95% full of wax, I would have bought a full sized jar by now. It looks great, is a joy to use, and is durable.
RG55 faired well in the long term durability test held by a pro over on DW, which spanned winter like conditions. I've had it go strong for 3 month intervals on a few daily drivers here in Massachusetts, but I've yet to put it on for winter prep, but I can't imagine it not lasting 3-4 months of BC winter if you rinse and wash regularly with ONR or something. The main factor during winter is if your local government uses salt, liquid salt, or sand on roads...I find liquid salt to blow away LSP faster than anything else, so keep that in mind if you're applying it on daily drivers.
