I've got a UDM DA and it has been crapping out on me. It came with a set of replacement brushes. I removed the bottom of the cover, but it does not seem obvious where these brushes go. This might be a simple fix that I could do with some assistance rather than taking it to someone to replace them. Has anyone done this yet? Can you shed some light with either pics or video on how to replace the brushes on this UDM?
I've replaced them on my PC. I happen to have one apart at the shop. Call or text me tomorrow and remind me and I'll get you a couple pics.
Rich I did some searching for you man and found this it was a recent post on AGO I am coping and pasting the members reply. I would call and see if they have instructions with pics that they can email you. And maybe you can also get a set of free brushes like this guys did. Let us know how it goes. Mine failed (brushes wore out) after about 1 year of moderate use. I had to contact PerfectShine.com and was able to get 5 replacement sets sent to me FREE. Guess what else? I just called the number (1-877-855-3125) and apparently they may have been bought out by AUTOPIA because I called to confirm they are still in business before posting the number and it was an Autopia automated system. So do as I did 2 years ago, call and explain that the brushes have worn out and ask for a few additional sets also because out of 3 years of light use, worn out brushes seems to be the only issue I've had with mine. I've upgraded to the Griots but I still use my UDM for 4" pads. It should work out for you"

Hey Richy glad to see that I'm not the only one that still has one of these. Mine has been religated to carpet duty. I slapped on a cyclo carpet brush and it works great. I will take a look at mine when I get home tonight. It should be fairly simple once you take the front shroud off.
