From my understanding polishing out is required and the typical citrus/stripping wash and IPA wipedown won't remove Opti-Coat and Aquarts.

I've always wondered, how do you know when it's all polished out?

I had to repair some areas on my fender, two pass if that with Power finish or even superfinish........ with a blue pad.

Hmm...good to know. I guess I'll have to do some solid correction before applying these products.

Kilo, is Aquartz still beading like it did on day one after application? Can you tell the difference now a few months later?

The Aquartz on the Accord is still beading like day one after 6 weeks or so, the gloss is still there. I haven't washed the car for about 3 weeks now and it's still the shinest out of the bunch in the school parking lot
