I got some reload from phil, that stuff is awesome. Really does what it says and its a very easy on product. Does anyone know the differences if any between the car pro and the Aquartz "reloads"? I probably over use it, like I wash my Sti weekly and then do a wipe down with Reload, it's really slick and it sheds water like crazy. Thanks!
I read on another forum that the car pro has a high chance of streaking on darker cars. I have the car pro version and had it streak on my sisters HHR that was black, a quick wipe fixed it. I'm interested in other differences.
ReLoad V1 (which is the Aquartz version) is a lot faster and easier. ReLoad V2 (what CarPro has now) is more durable but has a slower application because it is so streaky, but offers better durability.
What kind of durability are we talking? I top mine up every other wash, so maybe every 8 days or so........... is durability a moot issue due to frequency of application?
ReLoad V1 should last at least a month, while ReLoad V2 can easily last two months. V2 really stands out if you want to use it as a stand-alone LSP, very similar to Werkstat AJT. I only provided minimums for the two products because obviously durability varies greatly with each car's driving/parking/weather conditions.
Do not know the difference but I have the Car Pro version on a co workers car as a stand a lone LSP and it has been 2 months and still holding up fine
I currently have the CarPro version, so when I need a refil ill have to get the Aquartz because that is what Phil has now. Im pretty happy with the car pro so as long as the Aquartz is not much difference Im happy.
