If you have a plastic front bumper, over time it will accumulate little ding marks from rocks and other debris off the road. They get more noticeable after polish/wax builds up in these and have a whitish look. They really can be annoying when the light just hits it at a certain angle. What is the best way to deal with this? The dings are more than fine scratches so you cannot remove them. Do you just try to polish as best you can but how do you get the resulting polish out better?
When it gets bad, I don't bother to power polish them. I'll just hand wax instead since to me it's not worth the extra work when you know the polish is going to build up. I've never had an issue with any buildup if I just wax by hand.
