Like the title says, looking to add a paste wax to compliment my 09 Burgandy Metallic Accord. Price range $150.00 or less. I don't want to do this twice, so what is your "can't miss" recommendation...Thx in advance.

The only paste waxes I have used that won't mute metallics are Blackfire Midnight Sun, Victoria Wax Red, and Vintage.

RBOE or Rubbish Boys Original Edition. It's absolutely fantastic for every car I've ever used it on.

When a member has it for sale on the forum, I haven't seen it last more than 30 minutes.

I 2x RBOE! Or Lusso Oro. But the durability is little better with RBOE.

Durability not that important. Wetness and depth top the list

3rd Vote for Rubbish Boys Original Edition!!! No issues with it muting metallics that I have experienced. Used on silver metallic and jerez black metallic. As mentioned, RBOE sells rather quickly in the Sell/Trade section. Ben with Rubbish Boy's Carnauba Wax Shop is great to work with and the exchange rates arent that bad right now. Should fit well within your budget.

RBOE all the way. Pete's 53 is also awesome at bringing out the flakes.

Mate, I've been really really impressed with it! Looked so good on that Alpine White M3. Next, my black truck!

Have you played with your Souveran box yet?

P21S 100% is another wax worth considering. It only last about 3-4 weeks, but it's so easy to use. It's wowo.

I would say the Fire/Ice combo.

Blackfire Sealant will give the burgandy a ton of depth and wetness, then the Blackfire paste wax will pop that flake like a fire cracker!!!

You can get both from Ken at Products - Autowerkes Exclusive

both of those together will cost you less than $150

And to boot... to get the most out of any wax/sealant... make sure you have a properly prepared surface to work with. wash/clay/polish/ipa wipedown/application/proper curing time

Yeah. I used the soap and the wax on a Honda S2000 I detailed last month. The owner was very pleased.
