Raw Wheels....

I'm going to be working on a car that has some raw wheels, they are aluminum and are unfinished, no clear, no paint, no plating, nothing...

My experience with raw ally is that it is stain able and very porous... I'm a little worried about cleaning them and am trying to decide what to use. I also don't know if I should seal them at risk of staining them too, I generally use PB wheel sealer or Jetseal109 on wheels...

 

Use p21s gel or diablo, should be safe.... Polish them as well with an aio and you'll be good to go!!!

I love uncoated wheels when properly done but my issue (personal decision) is to leave them unsealed. Try a test spot and see how it looks before and after sealng. YMMV

 

P21S Gel, Diablo Gel, or Sticky Gel. Then polish/seal them with Klasse AIO.

 

I forgot to mention, part of the wheels are rough unfinished ally, that is the part I'm more worried.....
