what do you call the type of swirl that seems to be on the very surface but seems to move with every wipe form your towel. i ask bc i had some the other day and bought new towels pads polish and plan to play some this weekend and want to know what they are if they come back up.

Probably a hologram but truth be told, it's irrelevant....it just needs to be corrected. Do you have a PC or a rotary?

my initial worry was that i was inducing the swirls with my old but great shape pakshak towels,or pc padsm so i bought new pakshak towels and some micro restore and washed new and old towels separate multiple times with no fabric softner. well that started the bug i a got all new pc pads m105 m205 and 85rd and opt qid...and about $400 bucks in other stuff. well i thought about it today and maybe i just did not work the polish long enough, or used a strong enough polish. i seem to have run into this about 7 years ago when i first started, but cant remember

If it moves every time you wipe your towel I would think it was polishing oils

when i say move i mean to say if i wipe up and down the lines seem to move up and down if i change to sideways the the marks do the same . i sprayed with mother qd and they were still there

Try a IPA wipe down and see if that helps out any.

I use to have the prb on very soft clear, it could be you have put in the holograms or not fully break down the polish. Possibly the panel or even your finger has polish oil.. Try just using IPA to clean with your cloth and inspect..

also make sure to use clean towels with the IPA wipedown too, or you can try a QD with 2 towels. 1 to apply and a second to buff off the residue/smears if any.
