Short answer: No Question: Why would you think there is a need to do this? It never a good idea to mix chemicals unless you know what you're doing.
Zep High Traffic Lane Cleaner has a protein cleaning aspect to it...you just need it to dwell longer. Read the instructions on the bottle. Plus you can buy it locally.
