I got some S100 total cycle cleaner to strip all my old sealant off with and to start from scratch. Should I spray it on, let it sit for a wile, rinse, and then wash like normal? Will I need to agitate it while its sitting?

if you have a pressure washer/foam cannon best way would be to mix it with snow foam, foam the vehicle up, let it dwell for 10 minutes, rinse off, then wash as normal...
otherwise, spray it directly on paint (work out of sunlight on COOL to the touch paint) let it is for 10 minutes, rinse off, then wash...add a couple ounces of S100 to your shampoo as well...

    Exactly what supercharged said.

Additionally, I don't know how much you would need out of a foam cannon, especially since it's the S100 TCC which isn't as powerful as P21S TAW. I usually load up my foam cannon full of P21S TAW (32oz) and then fire away at full strength but I am sure I use way too much.

Time is also very important with the P21S/S100 products....let it dwell for a good 5 to 10 minutes so that the detergent has time to fully work and brake down your existing paint protection. Following the foam-up process, I add 2oz per gallon of water to my car wash bucket for some extra kick.
