Potentially Detailer's Domain's new home

So with my lawyer with the lease agreement and the landlord working on the adjustments I want here are the pictures, the schedule date of move in is April 1st , I doubt that will happen.

this place is 1395 sq ft, we run extremely tight and lean, if you knew what we were coming out of you would like WTF...
