I use my "old" 7424 for applying LSPs and my Flex for polishing. I'm thinking the 7424XP might be overkill to add to that...

 

There have been deals online for the Griots Garage polisher for 60-80 before. Just have to wait for one of them to pop up again. I always browse/lurk on slickdeals waiting for something good to pop up.
