Hello there DB, This Cayenne Turbo S belongs to my client whom also owns the 360 Spider, GT2 RS, as well as the '87 and '97 911 Turbo which I have performed work on and continue to maintain now. This Cayenne is his daily driver when he is not driven to the city by his driver whom has "maintained" this Cayenne in the past. Lets just say its been washed with a boat deck brush for its entire life........:yikes: In sum, my goal was to get around 85% correction....which I achieved after: 2 Passes with M105 via Surbuf R 1 Pass with M105 Yellow foam 1 Pass Menz Power Finish via Green foam And still a decent amount of RIDS still remain deep into the clear coat and only visible under halogen light. The owner, as always, was extremely pleased with my work. The Car was given a full decon wash, clayed and brought inside to be taped up. I spent 2 days with this Cayenne spending around 8 the first day and 7 hours the second, my camera battery decided to fail and I could only begin taking pictures the second day. Befores: Deep scratches and swirls visible under the lights in the garage.....forget gloss black this thing looked gray until work began on it! Because of the heavy swirling, etching and water damage the clear was VERY dull and heavily damaged. Under the halogens: 50/50 Coming along Afters: JetSeal applied and curing: The motor was wiped down with ONR and dressed with 303 Compound dust blown out and removed Wipedown: Ahhhhhh clarity again Thanks for looking! - Dan K.
Thanks all! Yes- my client took the yellow found in the Scuderia logo on his Spider and had them match the paint (yellow) for the garage to the color found on the crest. The lighting he has as well as the color helps A TON for spotting defects easily
All good! When I drove it last year, it has 'Tightness' in the suspension with very little roll as well Here's a video I took of the ride:
