I was wanting to make a detailing wagon or something with lights on it that would hold my 2 buckets, towels, waxes etc I've seen one on here so far. What do you guys use so you dont have to go running for every little tool or product. POST YOUR PICS UP!
I use nothing, I just run back and forth in and out of the garage like a chicken without a head.
DSMS has a great system. I believe he has two carts like the one above. One loaded up with wet bay stuff and one for dry bay stuff. Excellent system. I like the rubbermaid carts like the one I have as spills are easily wiped up and they cant dent/rust but they are a friggen rip off at $230 CDN. You can probably get them waaaaaay cheaper in the US.
yeh thats the dilemma i had when shopping. ended up finding this at freight harbor for around $50. the rubbermaid plastic one was well over $100. only thing is i had to put mine together
you can get great rubbermaid carts. I have one. I bought it used for $60 however you can get them for $100 from Sears in the US. Craftsman 2-Shelf Heavy-Duty Plastic Utility Cart It's on sale for $89.99 Cheers, Nick
I had posted mine but few made any comments...sigh. http://www.detailingbliss.com/forum/f8/wash-bucket-dolly-wagon-way-12591.html
If you wait for Black Friday, you can get that cart on sale for $69.99. I bought mine last week when they had it for the same price plus 10% and $5 off coupon. Came out to ~$63 and it was a steal. Also, its not too wide so it makes storage easy. One more thing, getting a plastic cart is more ideal than having a metal one. Just in case if you accidentally hit a customer car with one, theres a lesser chance that it might ding the surface.
