So who is using one? I'm looking for some feedback for those that have one. ( you too phil :worship2: )

    How long are the bristles?
    How long has it lasted?
Will it be the right brush for my POS 11Spoke audi wheels?
how well does it store ? (does it get bent?)

I bought one a year ago. Use it on almost every car I do for wheels.

So far I have had no issues with scratching or durability. I keep it in a dirty wheel brush bucket damp most of the time and its still works great.

For spokey wheels this is a huge time saver, I used to work each crack with the SV brush but now I do a general scrub with the boars hair and come back and touch up areas with a smaller brush.

    I highly recommend it

I think it's too gentle and the hairs bunch up.

Mine just started to shed some of the bristles, but after shaking off all the loose ones, it's still plenty thick. Use this in conjunction with a daytona for my wheels.

I have one. Never thought I'd spend $25 on a wheel brush, but I bought it and it's worth it. Bristles are really soft so it doesn't have much scrubbing power, but whenever I use it with an appropriate wheel cleaner, the rims always come clean.

The bristles are extremely gentle and extremely long so I have found it useful for the following applications:
-Cleaning complicated wheels quickly and easily.
-Cleaning door jambs...bristles always seem to reach very easily.
-Cleaning some of those crazy grilles.
    -Cleaning engines.

I agree. I found it too gentle to do much. Definitely not for really dirty wheels.

this brush is ideal for wheels that have many spokes, as said before you might find it difficult to clean really soiled wheels with it, but for maintenance washes and wheels that are in good condition this and a good wheel cleaner will save you time. as Dave said its a timesaver

also the bristles are probably 2 in long, or somewhere around there
the handle is a solid piece

    hope this helps

2" ? that is like two sections of your index finger. it looks like the bristles are about as long as the handle . either way ..

    thanks for all the feedback.

i think i'll pick one up as i loath cleaning these wheels every week.

I wonder what would happen if you trimmed an inch off the hairs?

Jed, the bristles are definitely longer than 2 inches. When I get home from work, I will measure the bristle length on mine....they are easily the longest bristles I've ever seen on a wheel brush.

I have one. Used it this morning, in fact. Before leaving for work. I keep a bucket of ONR in the garage, replace it every few days. I just give the wheels a quick once over, and dry with a target mf. Works very well.

I agree it isn't aggressive enough to clean havily soiled wheels. But I think the main focus of it is being gentle.
And the hairs I would wager are 4" or so long.

my wheels are never more than just a thin layer of break dust. in fact if it wasn't for the wheels i normally can go 2 weeks between washing.

maybe i'll try the ONR bucket trick.

    Dust the car
    mop up the wheels.

    pretty much!

But let me tell you, that method, combined with a layer of Optiseal afterwards every once in a while (Or some duragloss aquawax before drying), and my wheels are no longer a pain to clean.
