Paying for Items through your Gmail Account

Since this is the "Items for Sale" forum area, and a lot of people here use PayPal for their transactions, there will soon be another means of buying goods and that will be with your Gmail account: Official Gmail Blog: Send money to friends with Gmail and Google Wallet

Of course this means having a Google Wallet account, but I think its pretty nifty just being able to hookup and use your Gmail to transfer money. The video shows how it works.

 

I wonder if this will be adopted better than wallet? If more places accepted tap to pay I might take the time to actually set it up on my phone.
