Does anyone here pay for Photobucket?

I got an email notification saying I'm really close to running out of space on my free account. I know Photobucket isn't the best site, but I have a lot on there and would like to not have to change all the photos to another host site.

    Thoughts/Opinions? Is it worth it?

    Thanks,
    -Roger.

They've got some little meter which shows I'm about 60% of my capacity. I've got over 100 pages so I'm not complaining. That's a shit-load of pics!

I do and I think it's well worth it. I've got THOUSANDS of images on my pro account, and haven't even cracked 10% of available space. For less than $5/month, I can't complain!

Me too. I can't count all the pics they are storing for me. Well worth the cost.

I would do another account, but I have so many places I belong to online, I can't remember them all. Plus I have only 1 email account, and don't want another one.

The price for Pro is decent, and I think I'll just pay to upgrade the account.

    I'm at 0%... lol...

If and when I get there I'll pay... definitely worth it.

Photobucket's not bad for what you're probably using it for but I think I'm going to get a SmugMug account for my photog stuff.

Denzil I went with smugmug (pro) and I'm very happy with it. Sometimes uploading can be finicky but the speed at which people can view your galleries is very nice. Being able to setup your own domain name and the easy communicability are major selling points for me.

btw, I think the 50% off coupon code is "yahoo", not sure if it still works though
