Paint correction: 1968 Barracuda, 340 Magnum

    This client contacted me and JUST wanted the outside of his baby dealt with. After discussing budget and goals, we decided to shoot for about a 75%-85% correction, glaze & wax, and a gentle wipedown of the engine bay. The owner of this car has owned it for about 10-11 years, and most of the swirls and damage were caused by his improper wash technique & a bad job with his rubbing compound.

    Process was as follows:


    Total time spent, 6 hours. Onto the pics!
    Car was very clean upon arrival, so these shots will give you a GOOD idea of the condition of the paint all over. Here's a 50/50 shot of the trunk.
