hey guys, found the following link has a sale on your favorite p21s! BMW Parts and BMW Accessories | Bavarian Autosport godoman
nice . . . . had to do some searching and iit is on sale though it's similarly priced to some other places. Still a great find though.
hey, in looking around, and I know this is a stupid question, but I see on other sites that this one is the "regular" wheel gel cleaner but I found another product that you guys are all probably using. P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner 5 liter Canister - P2110005G is this product in the link above better then the "regular" wheel gel? I have only used the reg up till now and it has really worked great but if there is something out there better I want to try it. also, how harmful is it to the rims? I understand that aluminum polished rims are the ones to watch out for especially in the sun. I have a prelude to do next week and the rims are just plain caked in brake dust and wanted to maybe look into getting this stuff I found above. thanks godoman
P21S has two wheel cleaners for the US market: P21S Regular Formula - For maintenance cleanings, it's a non-gel fast-acting formula. P21S Gel Formula - For infrequent cleanings and/or for vehicles that tend to generate more brake dust on the wheels (think German cars). This si the more powerful formula, but still just as safe...you just have to give it time. You're going to want to get the P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner. Some websites refer to it as "P21S Special Performance Gel Wheel Cleaner" but as long as it's P21S Gel, it's all the same thing. Don't pre-rinse the wheel, just spray it on, let it sit for around 2 hours, agitate with various brushes, and then rinse off. The key is to let it sit, and then agitate with brushhes.
