Hi Everyone. I was doing some random searching for any local detailing suppliers of products around me and I came across one in particular; P&S. I've not heard of them before, but apparently they have been around for a long time and have their own line of products. Has anybody ever had any experience with their products before? If so, which would you recommend? I've read through on their website for their product lines and I'm quite interested to see how well this particular product works. I gave em a call this afternoon and setup an appt with them for tomorrow @ 9:30am to come down to their warehouse to see their stuff. P & S Sales, Inc. - Smart Products My apologies in advance if posting their website link is against the rules... :tiptoe:
they are good products. Mag Wheel Plus is much like (Meguiars Wheel Brightener) that sire must be old because they have more stuff then that. They have a metal polish that is really good and i have a medium water based car polish that's called full throttle that works very well from them. Both those items are not listed on their site. I haven't tried a ton of their stuff but i was told by a very reputable person that there stuff is good and can be compared to such stuff as meguiars.
Much appreciated for the response vtec! I'll be sure to ask them about their metal polish tomorrow. I tend to get asked by customers with Mercedes vehicles and have been using PB's SSR 2.5, followed by the SSR1, and finished it off with Menz 85rd to correct the scratches and swirls. However, because of the hard ceramic clear coat of the benz's, I ended up using a little more product than i thought to remove all the defects. BEFORE: [/URL] AFTER: At this time, I'm up in the air between these options: 1. P&S product line 2. Megs M105 & 205 3. Menz PO203S (to compliment PO85RD) If i end up going option 2 or 3, I'll most likely be ordering from Phil before their memorial day special ends. :headbang:
well depending on how you feel about the products maybe you can get a sample to try so you have a idea how they function. M105/M205 is a great combo but P&S might make something compatible. Problem is there are just waaaay to many compounds and polishes out there so get what you feel comfortable working with and what fits your price range
I had a short visit with P&S @ their Belmont office the other day to checkout their inventory and I noticed they carry quite a number of Autoglym products :gasp:. After speaking with the manager for awhile, he said that in a couple weeks they will be stocking up their inventory with the complete line of Autoglym products and as well as their own brand of products! They have pretty decent pricing as well. Just a side note for people in the Bay Area, I'd advise calling them to make an appt to drop by their shop before heading over because it's not a normal store that's open in the typical 9-5 hours. I walked away with package of one of their "semi-plush" mf towels and a bottle of AG SRP after reading some great reviews about it. I almost bought the AG HD Wax kit as well, but decided to hold off until next time. If I'm not mistaken, the AG Super Resin Polish should be treated as a glaze right? Then top it with a sealant?
