what can be done to help save save an oxidized/yellowed/fogged rear vinyl window of a convertible top? its specifically for a miata if that makes any difference. Are there any tips and/or tricks to care and maintain the window?

Pretty much any abrasive polish (start light), all you have to do is remove the top layer of "dead" plastic. Meguiar's PlastX is geared specifically towards this.

I know people use 106fa on clear bras. I'd start with that or PO85RD and see what happens.

Machine on very low speeds. Plastic doesn't work well with heat.

I used the Novus Polish 3-step system on a Honda S2000 rear plastic window. Did the inside by hand, and the outside with a PC and a white LC flat pad. Worked nicely.
