    Hello guys,

I've recently bought Optimum Power Clean and intend to use it for the first time later on today or tomorrow. Optimum instruction suggest 1:3 ratio for both, outside and interior cleaning. While on the forum it seems like people go as far as 1:10 ratio. What is the final word on this? Is 1:3 that powerful that I should be going with 1:10? I'm ok with using extra product, but do not want to damage either paint or interior...

    Thank You!

If in doubt start will the highest dilution rate (1:10) and adjust if necessary

I use the same ratio as I did when I used Megs APC:

    1:8-1:10 for interior
    1:3-1:5 for exterior

Alot of times even 1:8 is good for everything as I find it a pretty powerful yet safe APC. Love it, well worth the price for me.

This is what was posted on the Optimum forum web site but I use it full strength on tires. The one thing I noticed (probably obvious) that if you prewet the surface you end up diluting it.

    Engine and jambs 1:1,
    Wheels-tires-wells 3:1,
    Presoak 5:1,
    Interior surfaces 10:1,
Carpet TLC and light stains 20:1
