This car was booked for just a wash/clay/wax but I wanted to document it anyways. Just got the D60 from Tom today. My photography is not what it once was due to a few key factors: 1) I used to shoot with Canons 2) I haven't shot in a while 3) I was rushed for time today Anywho, this car is garaged daily and is mostly a track rat. It only comes out for road course events, the occasional Auto-X and maybe a fun run down Chuckanut Drive (if you ever visit Bellingham, WA, let me take you down this road and you might piss yourself) Anywho. Here is the car when we pulled it out of the garage In fairly good condition, mild contamination but not much. Foamed it down with CWG and CWC Rinsed Dried As SOON as I get the car dried, of course it starts raining, so we pulled it inside. This car received one coat of JetSeal109 then a coat of RBOE at the owner's request. Got kinda pressed for time at this point, so I rushed it along. Here's the final result! Sorry I had to use the flash, light was being funny in the shop and the garage wasn't letting enough in. And he was interested in having me polish, so I took this shot just to have a reference for what I was up against come that day. And obligatory shot of my car 600 miles since the last wash, and a couple months since the last wax.
Nice work! Looks good, hope to see many more details from you! Do you hand apply RBOE or use a applicator?
Applicator the whole way. I have about 18 cars booked for my $40 wash/clay/wax. I plan on taking pictures of all them if time allows
looks good sir, how much time was invested in that? What did you charge and how do you end up at that pricing?
