Got the idea from Phil (FMINUS) and it did pay off in the end. No more blurring out plate names with ways I don't completely understand Thank you Phil and Treva for your guys help :worship2:. Treva was a pleasure to work with. She spent 2 weeks with me on the size, type of lettering, etc. I'll definitely deal with her again in the future. Best of all, it was pretty cheap as well :thumb: (First customer's car I used it on and yes, its a before picture. Very fitting IMO :giggle:. Expect a thread about it in the future Besides covering up plates during details, this will double as a distinguishing feature during car club meets :applause2:
Thats beautiful. How does it attach? I might as well credit you with the idea right now as I'm going to get one made.
I used to want one of these and when I was about to pull the trigger on one I changed my detailing routine. What I mean is that what I do know is I remove the plates as I detail...but even so I still like the idea of this. What started it for me was the UK detailers, those darn UK detailers I tell ya :worship2:
I just used some painters tape on the back and stuck it on to the existing frame just for the shots lol Lol, dunno how that works but thanks :thumb: I just used some painters tape and made those loops to make it "double sided" so it'll attach to the top of the existing frame of the clients :applause2: I recommend Treva. Prices are pretty cheap and they're starting to do this for people. I was guinea pig #1 and I'm loving the results :headbang: +2 to that but it sort of got troublesome for me eventually since sometimes I'd put them somewhere and then have to hunt for it because I forgot where I put it
