Hey guys, I just receive my G110 and m105/m205 combo. But I'm still waiting for my lake county pads to come in. I was wondering how many pads of each color do you guys usually go through a paint correction?

It depends on a number of things. How many steps (1,2, or 3), the size of the vehicle, and how many passes of each polish yoo need to make.

I detailed a Honda S200 last week and only used 6-8 pads. It was a 2 step polish.

Typically for any polishing step, I like to use no less than 3 pads.

1 for each side, and one for the hood/roof/trunk.

Depending on the size of the car, sometimes I'll go 4 pads. Tiny cars or convertables could get 2 pads I suppose.

For LSP application, it's only 1 pad.
