Hey Folks ... just got a car with Satin Matte Black paint finish. Totally new to Matte paint - so no idea at all how to watch the thing. Do i have to use specialty products like Chem Guys - Met. Matte Auto Wash? i doubt i can use any of my old products since they all probably have wax infused.... I heard from the local dealer that if i needed to wash in the interim while searching for products - i can use a small amount of laundry detergent powder in a bucket of water??? Thanks ahead guys!
I am a distributor for Chemical Guys and also use their matte products on cars that come into our shop (not very often). From my experience (and customers), their products work great and are not super expensive like some competing products.
