I thought this would be answered by now but I don't have any leads on something that is production that is portable. Here's some idea's though Stack 2 werners on top of each other, get two 3 feet step stools and then make a custom wood plank to fit in between them "Safely" that can go up and down in a sinch, a lot of mobile guys don't mind using ladders even though you have to move them they seem to be the most common solution, invest in some scaffolding some companies close down and have ample scaffolding left you only need some construction bars and the actual platform. Some Ideas for you to consider.
Little Giant at Sams Club or Sears. Sturdy ladder that seperates into two platform stands. Menards also has a small scaffold stand that is 3 or four foot tall for about 59.00 when on sale. would be good for RV's.
