i need a GOOD "medium" metal polish as soon as possible to polish an old stained, faded "polished aluminium" wheels. ill polish the wheels by hand with #000 & #0000 steel wool any recommendation? Simichrome? Flitz? Autosol? Top Brite? the only one metal polish i tried is mothers mag & aluminium polish.. its a good metal polish but is for "light" polish.. thanks in advance
Have used Autosol and CG Metal Shine ( Heavy Duty - White / (MED/Light) Duty Green) All worked awesome
how about Adam's Metal Polish 1 and 2 or Einszett Chrome and Metal Polish REPOST from another thread: here it is an AWE Exhaust for the 996 Turbo. Figure I would do a quick demo on Adam's Metal 1 and 2 This is an AWE Exhaust for the 911TT (996TT) A customer of mine picked it up used and its a bit tarnished from the elements. Before: After: Right side tarnished and Left side hit up with Adam's Metal 1 and 2. Closer shot:
I've tried plenty and IMO, Heavy Metal Polish rocks.... I use mainly the blue (fine polish) and sometimes use the green (medium polish) 1st. I know they have changed ownership lately so I'm not keen on whether or not the formulations have changed...but it was that good...that I ordered a nice healty stash.
