about how much I spend on detailing supplies. I'm just an enthusiast so I guess I spend a good bit, but I was wondering approximately how much every one else spends in a year? I'm hoping every one else spends more so I can say...see, 'm not spending that much.

    Thanks!

As of now its about 250 a year. When I'm done with school and have a little bit of play money I could easily see that amount double or triple.

Last year or three have been around 1500-3500 a year maybe, now it is slowing down as I have many many items that I have not gotten to use and feel like I have at least 2 of everything I need and not even doubles haha..

Now my estimate may seem low/high i dont really know and really dont want to calculate it as it may scare me haha.

I'm thinking I'll be somewhere around $650 to $800 for 2011. I expect that I'll spend significantly less in 2012 unless I decide to buy an air compressor which would probably mean an extra $475 to $550 bite.

I do mainly my personal vehicles and a few others. So far this year I am around $600, but I bought a PW. Last year was about $900 but I bought a flex last year too.

I really don't wanna count, but I probably around $1000-1500 in the past couple of years. I haven't bought anything since the beginning of this year and I plan on using/trading all the crap I have.

I've spent about $1500 this year so far I only got into it around March, planing to spend another $500 before the season is gone. Going to go pretty crazy once Ken introduces the Exclusive line..I've never had a hobby where I had to spend money so I'm trying to make up for all of that, plus in Canada stuffs like 1.5 times the price so everything in America is a "Good Deal"

I'm estimating that I've spent $1200-$1500 last year. I'm probably at that much this year only because I bought a polisher/Kranzle PW. This is my 2nd year of being a detailing enthusiast. The first year I've spent a lot of money on products trying out everything. Now that I've started finding products that worked for me, product spending has come to a crawl.

Holy... this made me realize how much I actually spent O.O!!!! Needless to say I can't tell my parents how much I spent, but I value my collection at about $1100 in the past year. Which is quite nuts for me... I still have a crap load to pick up when I go this weekend to family in the states. Wish the current orders come a day early by UPS to there. I think I might just be nearing my collection end. I found what I like, and once I use it up I am not changing a thing.
