Went to California Speedway and there were many italians there... Sadly I was not able to ride in any of them just a WRX Sti though STI i was in:

GT3RS<GT2 I am going to guess that the F430s were the fastest...or the CGT if the driver was good. Lambo was probs too much of a handful to be really fast.

Believe it or not but there actually was one there(i think b/c i saw a black looking go-cart that had no roof) . I was not able to take a shot of it b/c it was on the track and you can not get a good camera shot of the cars because the sun was directly where I saw it, and it was going too fast for my digi to take a shot. I think it was Arial 2 not sure(Do not know anything really about them). I think I saw a red one too b/c I was like "is that a convertible" b/c i could only see the guys helmet. haha I should have taken pics of the atoms never knew they were as fast as the exotics i took pics of.
Haha I want to look like an alien like that guy in the Top Gear episode... Too bad the Atom in U.S. doesn't come with the Civic Type R engine....that's one thing that attracted me. I'm a Honda fan . It comes with that eco something engine....I wouldn't mind though but me being a fan of Hondas I would prefer the Type R engine

Oh I don't want the US version i want the UK version and that's the one that has the Civic Type R with the supper charger on it. The US version has a different engine..sneek what ingine was it? I can't remember. Anywho, I too am a big Honda fan and I would prefer it over any other brand...well that's just me :2cents:
haha you guys know I am a honda fan boy but that 2.0L ECOTEC engine is supposed to be better. It also has a supercharger on it. The Honda engine isn't as balanced as the Cobalt engine. This engine is made in germany, and I know how much you guys like german tools. The engine has been used in a lot of different racing applications, so it isn't a bad engine. Trust me you want the LSJ...it is better. It made the 10 best engines list in 2006, but will be discontinued for 2008. I think the new engine replacing it is a turbo charger. I think it is good for 260hp and 260tq in the cobalt for 08, where as the LSJ was only good for 205 and 200 respectively. What would make me really happy would be if the put in the Honda S2000 engine in there. Preferably the AP1 for the 1st gen S2K. 2.4L good for 240hp and 153tq...add on a center fugal S/C and it would be a rocket. I bet you the could up the 9000RPM redline if they play with it a bit. Might have to beef up the internals...but it would be FAST!
Question, what exactly do you mean the Honda engine is not balanced? Now as for the LSJ engine, I didn't realise it was a germany based engine..mmm...interesting. Here I thought it was the US engine. I thought that the Arial Atom had a 300HP engine

The Atom comes with many different builds. I think it comes with a 2.2L making something measly, and the 300HP eaton supercharged engine. I am going to bet that Ariel bolted on a different supercharger..or they tuned it, or possibly both. There are LSJ's pushing 700hp or more. I am not a huge fan of most Chevy motors, but this one isn't bad (No one hates the LT1, ls1, ls2, ls3, ls6 and ls7). I am not an Atom owner, but just from what I have heard the LSJ is a better balance motor. I think the honda motor is rubber mounted.
From what I've been told you are correct sneek most Honday motors are rubber mounted so I can see what your saying about balanced motor, still though I need to learn a bit more about this LSJ engine. I haven't found a 300HP Atom in the US though..I'm sure there are some but now I'm curious to see what engine they got in them and what was done to achive the 300HP...man 300HP on a paper weight vehicle is wicked :wicked:
