    Here's my beginning collection...

I also just got this rolling cart to put them all in, and it can roll with me as I roll around the car on my mechanic's seat, it's the perfect height when you're seated.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions to add/replace? I'm pretty happy with it as I don't detail for anyone buy myself - but am always open to suggestions!

    Thanks guys :)

3 Spray bottles behind Menzerna bottles are Chemical Guys Leather Scent, New Car Smell, and Stripper Scent :) air fresheners
In front of Goo Gone is Black Wow
Not pictured: detailing lights, gallon refills, wash buckets, foam gun, car wash, wash mitts

Looks good, that's pretty much all you need.

Wish i had your mindset when I started buying :( I got a crap load of products, probably enough to fill up 2.5x your cart.

Might want to buy some extra pads, make it more convenient to swap out a new one when one gets clogged vs washing it.

great stand, just be careful it doesnt roll into the car

yep def get more pads, im only a hobbiest and have about 10 of each LC CCS now

you'll use 2-3 just playing with different polish pad combo's even before you start

Makes perfect sense. Just the kind of suggestions I need before Phil's black friday sale starts! I'll definitely stock up on some more pads. Thanks for the advice!

Nice start! Loving the cart, would have one if I did bot live in am apartment. There are two things you always want more then you need one is pads and the second is microfibers. Both suck when you run out in the middle of a job.

Like ankeet said, more pads and more microfibers. Nice start, though. You can never have too many pads or mf's in my opinion.

Nice collection, as said more pads and more mf's. Not only that I see that your mf's are exposed put them in plastic containers or at least some plastic bags for the moment you don't want dust particles collecting on them.

Yeah a plastic one would probably be safer if it ever touched the car by accident and more resistant to chemicals. Not to mention lighter weight and quieter. This thing sounds like a gong when you put stuff in it lol. It does have locking wheels though, so it won't slide when you don't want it to.

But it was on sale and this had a drawer for the smaller items... If I find a 3 shelf plastic cart for under $100 I might go for it :)

Good point about covering the MFs... Hadn't thought of that. When I get my "real" towels from phil I will put them in a covered bin on the bottom shelf.

I have a metal detailing cabinet from Sears and the "plastic" comment in regards to the rolling cart is a good point.

Inevitably, chemicals will start leaking at some point, and I have seen in my own detailing cabinet that the paint is lifting in some places. Very annoying, but just shows how powerful these products are...

Sears will have a metal 2 shelf cart on sale for $39.99. The ads for black friday are out for most stores.
