A very good friend of mine buys and sells cars from various sources / auctions. I do not do any of his cars for him but he asked my advice and i actually didn't have an answer so hopefully someone familiar with glazes can help out.

He would like to know which glaze has the most filling capability. He feels that the EZ Creme Glaze i gave him a sample of didn't fill in enough of these cars swirls and defects.

EZ-creme is about a medium on the filler stakes, on par with PB BlackHole, BF GEP, etc

the only step up is BH Autobalm

yea he wasn't happy with EZ. started asking about silicone fillers and things i dont really know much about. did a few searches but people were just saying to use the EZ or PB Black Hole so you can top it with something, however he is not looking to put anything on top at all. His goal is to wash the car, dry, and apply a glaze that fills the most amount possible and get the car sold.

So pretty much durability or compatibility with sealants or waxes is irrelevant.

I can tell you which one I didn't like, menzerna PO115C.

I always thought EZ creme was really good as masking stuff? <- (Edited, forgot the question mark)

Blue Coral Product X if you can find it. There were a few threads on it way back when DB first started.

I still do not get why people think CG EZ Creme is a major filler???? correct the paint properly and use it as the LAST step before LSP, have done all the ISO wipe downs when this came up before when a few guys tried to say that this was how my finishes came out so good(that did not work out so well btw)and I use EZ Creme on glass as well as Wet Mirror Finish another CG product.

If you are not finishing down properly anyway....... holograms will be there no matter what is used, use EZ Creme with a PC/Flex/Griots/G110 V2 and you will be golden with Phils black uber pad or LC gold 100ppi pad.

BTW also never had ANY bonding issues with ANY LSP after using EZ Creme Acrylic Glaze, so if there are fillers and silicons they sure work good not to have any bonding problems(paul must have "special silicons" @ CG they use....):shead:.

The new Wet Glaze 2.0 has really nice filling capabilities and unlike most glazes, this one lasts several weeks. It also adds some serious depth and wetness.

he is not buffing any of these cars and as i said he just wants to fill as much as possible. he didn't say EZ creme has silicones he asked me if he should be using a glaze that does. He doesn't care about bonding or anything like that. Just pure speed and masking ability for a large amount of cars in a short period of time, plain and simple.

Megs #7 show car glaze will fill up anything....well almost but it does really fill. Only issue is, rain can wash it away or a car wash as it does not really "dry" but always stays in a semi-quasi wet form.

tell me more about the megs 7 show car glass.

is it like other traditional glazes where you dedicate one pad to it, apply it to the whole car and wait until it hazes over a little and then buff it off? if so can I then apply something like power lock or (my favorite) menz FMJ?

look forward to the response, been trying to get the whole glaze thing down for my customers that want their car to look great but without having to polish because I charge so much.

Just use a one step polish with protection. It takes a little more time but the result is so much better.

for godoman that may make sense. but my friend is wholesaling dozens of cars a month and tries to spend as little time and or money on them as possible. All he does is vacuum interior and trunk, steam interior and engine bay, and wash and glaze the outside. If the headlights are foggy he will sand and buff those too. But as you can see the process he uses for volume by utilizing only a vac and a steamer to cover most of the car is pretty low cost.

this is why he just wants to have 1 go to glaze that will hide as much as possible.

NXT Tech Wax. I know your friend is looking for a glaze, but the NXT Tech Wax will do a lot of filling and will slightly darken the paint to really hide the paint's true nastiness.

Meguiars #21 Sealant should be the bulk form of Nxt2.0 with rotary application added.

I also had good swirl hiding from Nxt2.0 paste, BTW.
