Does anyone of any effective mold removal products? I went to several stores today in search of something and came up with a goose egg. I thought I saw a thread here where someone used a product that was made here in Texas?

On a side note, I was going to use Odo-Ban but decided against it because the label did not specifically state that it would remove mold.

Thanks for the help, guys. I look forward to reading all your suggestions.

    Hey Rusty -
I have used bleach to remove mold that grows around the grout line between the sink and the countertop successfully. I applied it carefully with Q-tips, and let it soak for a minute or so. I used it straight, but I guess you can cut it with water to make a weaker solution.
Is this for mold in a vehicle, or what ?
If its mold in a vehicle, and I see tons of that up here, I just clean it out with my steamer, APC, any product that wets it, and its gone.

    Good Luck!

I've heard nothing will get rid of mold except for two things.

    1. Bleach
    2. Fire

Bleach will probably stain your carpet (unless its white???). Maybe diluting it could help, but I agree with stokdgs, clean the hell out of it with a steamer and APC... it may come back though.

Its called sporocid or something. Didnt you see the mold removal on an audi avant. Its was horrific and he cleaned everything really well.

Do some research on microban....... the stuff the carpet restoration places use.

    Cheers,
