Thought I'd toss some fresh meat to you boys :)! This was just a wash, clay wax and vac for a buddy of mine. I just thought I'd share it with you all, as maybe there's a few out there that like this car as much as I do :). I'm a big fan of Japanese tuning cars and my buddy said this one's about to be beefed up to over 400 HP! Niiiiice :headbang:! I was in a bit of a rush with this one as I had to run to one of the dealerships for an SOS appraisal. I also wound up removing the badges from the back of the car for him. Anyhoo, the process:

*Snow foam - Organizone No-Touch with added O4 foam booster (10%) with Organizone HD-Extra degreaser (5%)
*Wash - 2BM with Auto Magic Cherry Bubbles
*Clayed - Poly Clay and ONR mix as lube
*Dried with my fluffy-wuffy no-name towel made in China like the rest of them
LSP - Dodo Juice Hard Candy and Liquid Glass on the windscreen
*Rims & tires - Organizone GS1 and some assorted swanky, but non-branded, brushes. Rims sealed with PBWS and tired dressed with InstaFinish Super Dress All

    Enjoy the pics!

Evo looks super wet and very bright, exactly what you want out of a silver car... Excellent work!

And the mystery ride is a 430 Scud Missile

dsms, that's 2 BIG bananas for you this week! A true enthusiast you are sir! :thumb: I have her booked for 3 days next week... it's a 2009 Spider with 0 miles on it (that's what the dealer said anyway) and lots of RIDS, buffer trails and other surprises... Ferrari buff their cars before shipping them out... and do a horrible job of it to boot!

    Very nice work as usual!

So you're in Budapest, but how does this car have Florida license plates?

Thanks P1et! Well Hungary is a most peculiar place... the taxes here are rated as the highest in the world, so people here have to be clever about matters such as registration. I have a customer that saved more than $45,000 by registering his car abroad...

Actually, the cars that come into N. America are offloaded in New Jersey and PDI'd there. I had a new 430 come in for a client and it was covered in swirls and holograms and there was polish all over the black leather interior. The A*#hole that polished it had the top down at the time.:duh:

If it is a Scuderia, which it is I believe than it cant be a spider. Unless of course its the BRAND BRAND NEW 16M Scuderia Spider (special edition) its just a coupe.

And Im trying to see how many bannanas I can rack up in a month. Keep me guessing with teaser shots of exotics:shead:

Yeah, the owner of the dealership told me that they polish all of them at the factory for some reason... He was also telling me some stories about the other paint defects that they sometimes come "equipped" with. Quality control doesn't seem to be of too much importance to them.

Wow, very cool and quite interesting. So your customer has his car registered in Florida, yet lives in Hungary and drives it around with Florida plates? You have to love it, especially when you can save that much money...
