so a little while ago I picked up a couple of the MINI Dehydrator Drying Towels from eshine

after using it a couple times i put it in the washer using MicroRestore

and it came out like this

the stitching on the edge is falling apart already :(

I washed my CG and cookie monster towels the same way, but they are all fine

what should I do now? are they still safe to use?

Damn, I will have to pull out the "Never seen that before" statement. Seriously we have some sitting around the shop that we use for everything and washed them 50 times! Yikes. I haven't heard any other complaints so I am hoping it is an isolated incident. I can either send new ones and cross our fingers or refund the payment price. let me know what is best for you.

I have mine for about 2 months, washed them 4-5 times and no problems so far. Only thing is they are not cut straight but they dry really good.

Not cut straight!? Im going to have to visit the sweat shop! LOL. I have to take a peek at our stock. Maybe we will have to sell them as a 16x13x18x12 sized towel! :D

Never had that happen on any of my towels... not even the Blue Ubers from Phil that I cut the tags out of... are you using a HE washer?

They where from my last order in December and all 16 of them are crooked (I have 8 and my brother Nic 8). I have some from a previous order and they are straight.

Weird. Usually we don't notice something like this until a customer brings it up, often by the time we hear of it the bad batch is sold. We just received a new batch so I will check them out tomorrow morning. If we catch it on our end we just call the manufacturer and they send new ones. We would then clear out the defects as a scratch and dent item.

Well it's no big deal for me Chris, especially that it was the BOGO sale so maybe that's why I didn't' bring it up. The quality is there. I miss that december sale... :itsok:

At least we cleared the crooked towels out quick with the BOGO sale LOL.

I'll take new ones Chris because they dry really good :D
I was confused because the normal size Dehydrator are perfectly fine, I'm just using a normal top load washer, not HE

LOL ya and I did notice that they weren't cut straight but I didn't really care
