I don't know if anybody remembers this towel (or that Prima made microfiber) but one thing that I really wish I had more of is a towel like the Glass towels they used to make. They were blue and had almost no nap whatsoever and worked great on glass. Anybody make something like that now?
i ordered these for purpose of doing windows...received them in the mail today and they seem to be exactly what your looking for. i can take a closer pic for you if you'd like...the one on the site is kinda hard to see. I use surgical hucks but like to follow with another towel to buff and this seemed to be just right. cant beat the price either! http://www.microfiber-products-online.com/siclallpusca.html Edit: I will be using them tomorrow so I will let you know how they work out. they also sell those silky kind (if thats what you were looking for) but I never liked them. even though they are meant for glass I never liked the way they move on the glass.

There used to be a guy on roadfly named Wayne (Wayne's Towels) that had really good glass towels. I have a bunch of his and a bunch of Nicks glass towels (Prima). I don't know if Wayne is still in the MF business, but his were the really tight cut you were talking about.
