Just making sure, you can use megs APC for stripping LSP right? If so, how much would I have to put in a foam gun? and is there such a thing as too much? (like too much that it will eat away at the clear coat)
I did not think Meg's APC is intended for paint. It is strong stuff at undilited or even 4:1 dilution. It will strip for sure.
Megs APC is fine for removing LSPs...i use it all the time in my foam gun....i just put like 1/4" or so in the bottle and add the rest water then have at it....it foams very well....i am always careful not to let it dry at all...instead of letting it dwell for a full 5 minutes i usually rinse after only a few.... i have sprayed it on paint at 5:1 out of my spray bottle and it didnt hurt the clear at all although i wouldnt reccomend it....
okay, I guess I won't be using that. so what do you recommend to use to strip lsp? i know chemical guy stuff can like CWC but shipping is around 15-20 per gallon I buy.
