This car was in relatively good shape, considering it was about 3 months old when I got my hands on it. Some lights swirls, but mostly bug guts and pollen/dirt. Decided to do a 1-step polish on this one. No interior before shots, as it wasn't all that dirty. Just a basic wipedown and vacuum was all that was really needed. I think this car looks better in person. It was the 1st time I have seen one in person, and it looks better than it did in ads I have seen. The paint has a nice pearl in it, instead of a metal flake. I think the pearl has a classier look to it. Kinda like something hit the car. I was at the back drivers side, I look up, and see the owner with this "what the hell?" kinda look on his face. So I walk up to the front to find this: A bird just dropped a large shit right on the hood. Thank goodness I was able to get it up right away. It was gross :barf: I heard this was good luck, so, whatever.
Nice work, I love a freshly detailed pearl white. I dunno how I feel about the design, though. I definitely like it more than I did when I first saw it, I think the back end would look much cleaner debadged.
Yeah, The front grill and the piece on the bottom of the decklid need to be removed/changed. Other than that, it looks good. Very nice interior.
Looks really sharp. I like that pearl alot too...Very nice. You did a great job, Roger. I'm not to sure about my opinion of the interior but I do like the exterior. Keep up the good work. Are you going to enter in the May contest. I think you should...:thumb:
Another awesome detail, Roger! How do you like Zymol Glazur so far? I had my eye on it for a while...By the way, I hate those bird turds...I remember I got three of them at once, third bird turd...
Great turnaround on that TL! I see Turnersville Acura - whereabouts in NJ are you? I'm in Turnersville all the time as well as traveling through between Cherry Hill and Franklinville...
Did you get to drive that car, Roger? I'm telling you, I really like SH-AWD, it performs so well. You are gonna love it on wet roads, although you can't get too crazy on snowy roads, I tried that, and you can loose control if you go crazy...and it does uses a bit more gas because of that, I'm getting 16/22 MPG on it (2005 Acura RL 3.5)...
