Just popped my Makita cherry. I am in love with the machine. I found it very easy to use and gave me amazing results. Unfortunately, I have given the local body shop a lot of business so I stopped by there and was given a nice, swirled up black hood to test it on. I am very happy with my results. It was a lot more effortless than my PC and the results were much better and more quick. I even broke out the PWF pad to tackle some of the swirls. I really want to try a new finishing polish now. Anyways, heres some pictures Should I do another pass? YES! Thanks for looking. Please leave comments on anything you think I need to improve on. -Adam Odgaard
looks great! Use the camera flash also. It takes a little time to adjust the camera but the flash pics up defects excellent.
I still haven't figured out how to take pictures of defects, but all I have is a camera phone haha. The Makita is a great machine.
Great job! LOL nothing like popping the rotary cherry eh? Now go grab a drink :drinking2: and keep them coming. Cheer, Nick
Looks good to me but yes it's always good to inspect your work with natural sunlight, just to check but other then that results look very good eace:
