Just popped my Makita cherry. I am in love with the machine. I found it very easy to use and gave me amazing results. Unfortunately, I have given the local body shop a lot of business so I stopped by there and was given a nice, swirled up black hood to test it on. I am very happy with my results. It was a lot more effortless than my PC and the results were much better and more quick. I even broke out the PWF pad to tackle some of the swirls. I really want to try a new finishing polish now.

    Anyways, heres some pictures

Nice job, I would take it out in the sun though to get a true reading of the finish.

looks great! Use the camera flash also. It takes a little time to adjust the camera but the flash pics up defects excellent.

I still haven't figured out how to take pictures of defects, but all I have is a camera phone haha.

The Makita is a great machine.

Looks good to me but yes it's always good to inspect your work with natural sunlight, just to check but other then that results look very good :peace:
