Lowes 5gal wash buckets!

Lowes has these gray 5gal buckets (just like ours just not as fancy) for like $2.35, if you need some extra buckets for wheel brushes or washing etc. thats a great deal. They sell lids too for cheap.

They have all sorts of 5gal buckets on the site but at the one near me I saw stacks of these in every isle!

I am not 100% sure the bottom dimensions will fit a grit guard, may need to check that.

 

I tried these and the ones in my area didnt fit the grit guard :-(

 

Just bought them last weekend. I got the blue ones. They are OK, it's just those three circles on the bottom that are its weak points as that's where I get cracks each and every time...

And yes, the girt guard sits up quite high in these.

 

2x, I use it now to put my MFs in when dirty to soak before washing if they get really dirty.

 

Its not that the gritguard doesnt go to the bottom..... but its barley goes halfway down lol

 

I saw this too at lowes the other night. may have to pick up a few.

 

they fit the grit guard but it doesnt go all the way to the bottom so if you fill the bucket up almost all the way it works out fine . They work great for $2
