Hello, I have my 2008 GT500KR Shelby in Silver Metallic and applied Danasse Wet Glaze 4 layers, then I applied Jeffs Werkstatt A.J. 2 layer( hate it), I then applied Zaino Z2Pro 4 layers, now I am up in the air on what wax to use. I have all of these but I am open to suggestions and even new products to try. I have never owned a silver car that is why I need the assistance. Swissvax concousro and scudera Blackfire Midnight Sun Pinnacle Sig Series II Pinnacle Souvergn I have used all of these on Black and was very happy, I assume with a orbital I apply with Blue pad, and remove with a micro pad? red pad to apply as well>?
Use the swissvax concours and apply it by hand. I had a silver car before, and used to use S100 on it. But if your willing to try a different wax, try wet obsession.
do i have to apply then cleaner fluid before waxing, and will that remove all of my other products on there.
+1 that's what I was jut going to pick out of what you listed. That I've heard works nice on white/lighter colored cars.
I've heard only positives about wet obsession. My only experience is with 50/50 (one layer currently on my car) and since Justin based it off that, I don't doubt that it's good stuff.
One of the most under rated (yet one of my favorite) glaze/wax combinations: RMG or GEPC followed by a layer of one of the Collinites. Looks great, lasts a long time, gives great environmental protection, and is *cheap* (just like me). One of my favorite glaze/sealant combinations: DWG/1000P(X2) for great durability and pretty darn nice looks. Another great combo for jaw-dropping gloss is DWG/UPGP(X3). I see that you used four layers of DWG... Did you notice any appreciable difference between layers? I've only been using one application of DWG prior to LSP... You gotta give us some pics of that ride of yours...sweet, sweet car.
I have used both Souveran and Wet Obsessions. Souveran is a bit easier on and off, but Wet Obsessions lasts a whole long longer!
