With how crazy my schedule has been the last few months, my contact at the dealership arranged an overnight lock-in with the owner's approval. This was from 9pm to 9am the following day. Upon arrival I had already pulled a 10hr day....so it was truly a marathon work day/night. Nothing super fancy, but just a lot of work.

    On the agenda:
-Take scratches out of every Vette back end with the full width spoiler install (thank you service dept)
-wipe down all showroom Vettes and the ZL1
-wipe down all Vettes in the larger secondary showroom
-wipe down all Vettes in the warehouse (a lot)
-wash, clay, wax, interior cleanup on two Vettes being picked up the following day by their new owners
-Fully correct a 427 vert that was sold and in rough shape.

So there was FAR beyond 12hrs of work to do in the timeframe I had. So the cars were prioritized and after they let me out in the morning and grabbed a few hours sleep I returned and brought Ryan with me to help knock out the massive amount of work ahead. And as it usually goes with dealers, they sprung a few extra surprises on me and asked me to get them done too...

Arrived at about 8:30pm to start setting up. Here is a couple shots of what's to be done...

After doing about 4 hours in the primary showroom, I moved to the warehouse to handle the two sold cars that were being picked up in the morning. Only took a few pics as I was pressed for time.

Both cars got an Optimum No Rinse wash

All tidied up and ready to go

Back to the primary showroom to correct the issues on the remaining cars...marks kids had made and issues from the spoiler install.

People ask why do new cars need any work at all? Well lets take a look...

Onto a Night Race Blue 427 vert....

Testing a few product/pad combinations with the Griot's Garage 6" DA....unfortunately was not giving the results I wanted. Time to step it up to the Rupes Bigfoot DA...

Trunk looking much better. Spoiler area still to do...

    After completing the back end...

    Onto the front....

    Looking much better

At that point the sun was back up, freshly rested salesmen were returning to their offices and the doors were unlocked so I could go home for a couple hours sleep. So fast forward a few hours and I was back and had Ryan with me to help finish it all off.

Next up was the Cyber Gray 427 vert from the showroom that badly needed correction before the new owner would come collect it. Just a little bit of rain to contend with on the short drive to the warehouse....

Very nice work. I noticed a few GTRs in the backround in a few pics. I also noticed this place was a Chevy dealership. Do they try to carry high end used cars as well? I am a service writer at a Chevy dealership but they are more focused on fleet, trucks, and economy cars then the Camaros and corvettes. Our area "Corvette" dealer carrys Adams products at the parts counter.

Great work on what are notoriously hard clear coats. What product combo's did you settle on for those stellar results.

Wow.... has to be a huge dealer to have so many Vettes in inventory at a given time.
