02 Lexus 470 I’m just going to post the after pics, I don’t want to over load the post or thread or whatever its called..Ya’ll know I don’t know anything about this computer stuff…LOL Washed was done using two bucket method. C G Citrus W&G bucket and, foam cannon and red LC Mitt. Duragloss# 471 bug remover on the front end. Tires DG #701 whitewall tire cleaner. Wheels Poorboys S&R wheel cleaner. Wheels Wells Cleaned with DG #401 APC Dried with guzzler and leaf blower. Door jams DG #921 Clay Yellow Stuff Paint Polish Menzerna Nano Polishes PO 106 Edge orange pad 1000 rpms with my rotary. LSP 1 Duragloss Marine RV Polish #501 with PC Edge blue pad setting 5. LSP 2 Al-53 Top Secret Sealant done by hand. I’m excited about this stuff. Its slicker than owl crap, you can slide a microfiber towel all the way across the hood. The longer it cures the better it gets. I done the vehicle last night and this morning before I went to work I was like wow. After work it got even deeper. I was like dang, “dang it boy” The pics I done the sealant has been on for 20 hours. IMO this is pure Sealant no cleaning power, I tried on some spots that would have come right off with DG #501. This stuff is thick about like Dukes Mayonnaise, maybe thicker and has a chemical smell to it. Sorry no grape, lemon or cherry smell. It goes a long way and very easy to come off. To me it looks like someone painted another coat of clearcoat. Big Al told me that this product is an epoxy polymer. I’m sure it’s about like Duragloss or Zaino for that cross link thing that ya’ll hear some talk about. LOL ….Al also told me it was designed for some military equipment or something like that. Hopefully Big Al’s friend will release this to the pubic. 5+ stars….. PS Big AL you better send me some more this stuff, I would hate to come up there and take it…I will have Joe P as my back up:…LOL…. But really Al thank you, it was an absolute pleasure to use this product and I do appreciate you taking the time to send it to me. Looks awesome Sparkie! Looks flawless . The paint looks really good. I wonder how long that sealant will last.
Very nice Sparkie! Great reflections on that white. I would love to try that sealent. Sounds like its the thing!
wow i bet you can eat off it but then you'd have to clean it again lol sparkie. great work i've seen plenty of your details. top notch man.
First off looks grat Sparkie....glad it worked out for you....I just gave you the process I used on the test hood..it worked for me so I passed it on.... Nice Gloss on the white.... I did call the guy twice so far..he was out of town the first time...then returned my call when I was at work..I called back and his secretary said he was out again..I should be able to get him this week as he is going to Europe soon to sell his pipe coating ... he also makes coatings for water pipes to resist corrision.... The sealant is made for the Military as Sparkie said and had to meet the criteria they wanted..6 months durability ..and military lab tested it also in salt tanks....constant water drenching and some other tests... I am excited to try it on a whole vehicle soon.... I hope he does bring it to market..but I bet its not cheap as he said its expensive to make...I will be doing his boat the spring also with the stuff... Sparkie very nice job on the whole SUV..looks great.... Oh this stuff is locked in the gun safe and 3 pitbulls guard it....lol..... Al
