Don't know if this is the appropriate place to post, but since it isn't about cars i figure it was ok. I have a Dockers jacket that is about three years old, never been cleaned and I plan on taking it on a trip soon so I was cleaning up my detail cabinet and was wondering what would work to bring life back to my jacket. I have a Dockers "100% genuine leather" jacket that feels quite dry and "crispy" in texture. I don't believe it to be 100% leather as it has a short short nap like the feel of suede though I could be mistaken. Looking at my inventory, I currently only have LM strong cleaner and protection creme. Now I know that it says not for use for suede or nubuck, but my question now is what could I use? I looked at the LM eco nubuck protector and the foam cleaner from DD. Though i'm looking for input and/or experience with whatever products. Tomorrow i'll take a picture of the jacket to show what i'm dealing with. Thanks in advance for the input.
i did both of my jackets with meg D180 and soft brush , i do that twice a year. one is full leather black and red and second one only the sleeves are leather are white. no problems so far.
