Ok, so I have planned to spend about 50 dollars on the best leather treatment for my baby (M3), it has cinnamon leather and I haven't cleaned it in about 6 months (been in school =( ) I am pretty settled on using Leather Masters Soft Cleaner, but am in the air about conditioners, and also am open to suggestions about cleaners. I am hoping to get feedback on 1) Leather Masters Vital & protection (will I use both?) 2) Race Glaze Leather Balm 3) Zaino Leather-in-a-bottle votes?
I guess it depends if it got stiff at all. I know Paul Dalton uses Zaino avidly. Leather Masters is good stuff I've heard. Haven't heard anything about Race Glaze. My suggestion would be to get the cheapest kind and work from there.
The Race Glaze products are very nice. I have been testing Leatherique on a few cars and am VERY impressed with the Rejuvenator. Jury is still out on the Conditioner. The Gloss it cleaner and conditioner are quite nice as well.
I used to use the Zaino and then switched to DG leather cleaner and conditioner...they smell very very similar and perform the same. The DG is cheaper and also available by the gallon.
I myself am still on the fence of leather cleaning/conditioning products. I think I want to try them all before I make a final decision.
I like the RaceGlaze twins. They're really nice. The cleaner is excellent. I also like the Pinnacle leather cleaner and leather conditioner. Smells great. Zaino Leather In A Bottle is pretty good too!

I'm going to say leather masters for sure. it still does everything we need it to do in the shop and we have been using it for over 5 years on the majority of the cars we do.
LM is what I use most of the time and when I am lazy I will use 1z Leather Care. I will use LM atleast 2x a year for full cleaning and protection.
Does the Leather Masters Vital make the leather really soft? I want to get what will best preserve the leather too, now that I'm engaged in school very heavily, I just don't have the same spare time I used to have like I did in high school haha. Also, I want to be loyal to Phil...haven't forgot about ya man! Just haven't ordered ANY detailing products in a while, and the M3 is feeling the hurt of that fact.
Leather Master is one of the best, but so is Raceglaze, and Zaino. It all comes down to personal preference...
I used Duragloss leather cleaner and conditioner in my car for the first time 2 weeks ago. I was really impressed with the results: very nice smell, easy to wipe on/off and leaves a soft non-oily finish. Not sure of the cleaning ability on heavy soiled leather as my car is only 4 months old.
Leather Master Vital does makes leather softer, yet doesn't give you that "sqeek" sound that you get from most leather conditioners...
My top 3: Leatherique, Leather Masters, Gloss-It. Leatherique: I used this on my S2000 and bought the 32oz kit. I have yet to find anything that gives the look/feel/and cleaning ability of Leatherique.. downside is that amount of time needed to do the cleaning/conditioning. Leather Masters: great products, great cleaning, great look/feel. Only reason I haven't used it lately is I'm out Gloss-It: Perfect for quick jobs. Cleaning ability is decent, conditioning is good and adds a slickness to the leather. Very nice satin finish. Love it for just wash/wax/interior jobs
On my BMW, I have found great success with Leatherique Prestine Clean topped with Griot's Leather Rejuv. The Rejuv soaks in to the leather and has really made a big difference in getting the leather soft again. The original owner didn't ever clean or treat the seats in the 4 years he had it! Fortunately the seats are back to original condition!
Sonus and Leather Masters are my favorite. However, I try to stay away from LM Protection Cream as much as possible as it smells like sh**, kind of like really old spoiled milk, so when I do use it, I have to leave all doors open for hours because it really stinks up my car.
