Whats the one thing that you hate when detailing a ride?? Interior's, wheel wells, carpets, claying or wheels/tires, etc.....? I hate kleenex stuck in the door pocket. Being a paramedic I have access to plenty of gloves though. =) . I also hate spilled carbonated beverages in the center console cup holders.
I hate the bubbling rust under paint, Kleenex sucks, and stains, but stains is all apart of the job, gum and oil stains that take forever to get rid of, and Dirty Rims, I hate dirty rims with a passion. I love cleaning them, but I just don't like seeing them.
I don't mind interiors so much as long as they're somewhat presentable...not like this one: I hate doing front bumpers. They're a pain in the rear with trying to get the polisher in some of those areas and then having to switch over to hand.
dealing with waterspots on windows....... and front bumpers... where i live it takes a while to get to the next big city which is austin, and thus, every bumper is pelted with bugs and blood spatter from birds or small animals. i stopped doing those type of jobs... not worth it IMO. plus i only detail cars when im low on cash and could use the money for good night out
My thoughts exactly! I have a car dealer that has me detail some of his vehicles and he always only wants exteriors done....man he's my favorite client!!!!
